Transition time

I enjoy songs, finger-plays and any kind of movement that helps children with transitions.  Last year I worked really hard to make sure I had fun transitions in place as children worked throughout the day.  This is the book that got it started for me...

It's a wonderful resource and is easy to implement in all subject areas.   I marked my copy up with post-its to help me make connections to content.  I keep it on top of my easel for easy access.
